CDSVAN Voting Software

The electronic voting module within the CDSVAN software environment provides the ability to count delegates' votes within seconds when the delegates are using the integrated voting buttons on the microphone units.

The clear and straight forward structured software allows the operator to design voting sessions quickly and effectively. Results can be displayed immediately on multiple screens and plasma displays, as well as in different views.

The CDSVAN voting software allows for quick preparation of voting sessions in advance. The session editor allows the operator to prepare all voting questions, possible answers, and the voting type for integration into the current CDSVAN conference.

All voting results and lists can be printed immediately or exported to common programs.

Several voting rights can be specified to different delegates according to their official status. An included attendance check makes sure that only delegates who are attending the session will be counted for a more precise voting result. The attendance check can be done automatically or manually. All delegates who press any voting button on their units will be registered and vote-enabled for the next voting session or session. Several voting times or manual time management for voting sessions are possible.
